	Welcome

Welcome to Hesperia Community Education. We are a full service organization offering many varied opportunities to the local community. We offer General Educational Development (GED) Preparation, High School Completion Courses for adult participants 20 and over and High School Diploma for pupils 16-19, Adult Basic Education (ABE), Credit Recovery, Leisure-Time Activities, as well as a variety of programs and services to the Hesperia Area Community.

	Leisure-Time Activities

Hesperia Community Education strives to offer quality programming for youth and adults!

Current & upcoming activities include:

Watercolor Paint Class with local artist/teacher Dan Dipple 6-9 p.m. -- October 21st Autumn Road; November 18th, Chickadees; December 16th Split Rock Lighthouse -- Cost is $25 each

Wet-on-Wet Painting Classes with Pauline from 6-9 p.m. -- October 22 Ducks; November 24th Ornament Painting; December 17th Chickadees -- Cost: $35 each class -- Call for details.

Tumbling for ages 2 & up -- REGISTER EARLY TO AVOID CANCELLATION!!!

Mondays 6 weeks beginning Mondays, October 26th -- Cost is $25.

Snowmobile Safety - Saturday, December 2, 2009, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Cost: $10 includes lunch

Girl's Basketball League Grades 3rd-6th -- Registration Deadline, Monday, September 21, 2009 -- Cost: $30 includes a free t-shirt

Boy's Basketball League Grades 3rd-6th -- Registration begins, Monday, November 2, 2009 -- Cost: $30 includes a free t-shirt

Want to teach a class or coach? Volunteers are always needed to help with coaching, weight room supervision, concession stands, fundraisers and more.

Watch for more classes coming this fall & winter including: Super Saturday Sports Jam, Computers, Weight Training, 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament, & more...

Are you a non-high school graduate? Do you have your GED? Would you like additional training to further your success in life?

If you are over 20 and have not graduated from high school or you do or do not have a GED, you need to make an appointment to determine your eligibility for enrollment. Many of our classes are FREE! Find out how easy it is to come back to school!

WINTER Classes begin tUESDAY, January 26th, 2010 -- Register for FREE Classes by February 10th, 2010!

Classes are in session from 8:10 a.m.-3:10 p.m. Monday-Friday at Hesperia Community Education.

NEW! Evening classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30 until 7:30 p.m.
