School Improvement Project 

Plans are moving forward with the School Improvement project. Current timelines look like this: (These are subject to change)

* The new elementary classrooms are complete. Teachers moved in November 16th, 2009

* Remodeling work has begun on the east wing in the elementary. 1st and 2nd grade classrooms will be completely renovated. The elementary office will be reloctaed to the south side of the building. Construction on this phase expected to be complete the first week of March, 2010.

* Phase 4 - the remodeling of the 3rd and 4th grade classrooms scheduled to begin in mid-March, 2010.

* Phase 5 - Addition of the wrestling/multi-purpose room scheduled to start April 2010

* Phase 6 - Remodeling of the 5th grade wing in the middle school scheduled to start April 2010

* Phase 7 - The remainder of the middle school classrooms to be renovated beginning June 2010

* Phase 8 - The "Old ISD Wing" to be demolished summer 2010

* September 2010 - All work completed
