On Monday, our dedicated National Honor Society students partnered with members of the local Masonic Temple for a community service initiative through the Adopt-a-Highway program. Together, they tackled roadside litter along M-20 and M-120, collecting over 40 bags of trash. Their hard work and commitment to keeping our community clean is a true reflection of leadership, service, and pride. Way to go, NHS!
Eleven members of the Hesperia High School Jazz Band attended the Hastings Jazz Festival on Friday, April 25. There were 140 performances over three days of the festival.
Mrs. Purvis, HHS Band Instructor, reported, "We played very well. We enjoyed listening to other bands and we enjoyed a brief exploration of the downtown area. On the way home, we were treated to dinner at Qdoba and dessert at the Cheesecake Factory."
Congratulations to all of our amazing jazz band musicians!!!!
Prom is May 10th and Birch & Blossom are partnering up with us once again for deliveries to the HS parking lot that morning.

The Class of 2025 partnered with the Hesperia Beautification Committee for their annual Senior Service Day on Wednesday, April 9. Students and other volunteers worked around the Village, raking, spreading mulch, trimming bushes, and general yard work. Thank you, Seniors!

Congratulations to the high school band on their superior performance at their recent band evaluations festival. The performance was solid with straight ones and a two in sight reading It was an overall one and they sounded fabulous. Congratulations on an impressive performance!

Students from Hesperia Community Schools performed the musical “James and the Giant Peach” three times over the weekend. Director, Nancy Blount, is very proud of these students and thankful for the adults in our community who volunteered to help make this, our 14th show, a true success.
