Last week, a great group of our 8th graders took part in the final Speak Up! retreat of the school year at Camp Newaygo! Accompanied by Ms. Hansen and Mr. Dent, students enjoyed a two-day experience filled with classic camp fun and meaningful lessons in youth philanthropy.
Huge thanks to Camp Newaygo for hosting such a powerful opportunity and to the Fremont Area Community Foundation for their continued support. We’re proud of our students for representing Hesperia Middle School and taking steps to positively impact their community!
