Transportation Department

The Transportation Department is committed to excellence through safety, teamwork, and service. We take pride in providing dependable operations, highly trained professional drivers, and a culture of respect for all students and staff. Each year, our department safely travels more than 185,000 miles operating a fleet of 11, state inspected, school buses.

    • Students should arrive at their designated bus stop at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Young Riders:

    • Students in second (2nd) grade or younger must be met by a parent, guardian, or designated adult at the bus stop. They will not be released without an approved adult present.

  • Safe Waiting Distance:

    • Students should wait at least 10–15 feet away from the road or bus stop area until the bus comes to a complete stop and the driver signals it is safe to approach.

  • Absences:

    • If your student will not be riding the bus in the morning, please notify the Transportation Office as soon as possible.

  • Alternate Drop-Offs:

    • Students are not permitted to ride to an alternate address unless prior approval has been given by the Transportation Office before afternoon departure.
