We understand that PowerSchool is new and may be a little tricky to navigate. However, to ensure your student has transportation on the first day of school, the Transportation Department must receive all transportation requests by the end of the day on Friday, August 15th.
This deadline allows us enough time to finalize routes and contact families with their Monday morning pick-up times — ensuring a safe, smooth start for all our students. Drivers will begin contacting families the week of August 18th with bussing information.
Requests submitted after August 15th will require a processing time of 3–5 days after the first day of school before transportation can begin.

We’re excited to roll out our new Student Information System, PowerSchool, for the 2025-26 school year!
📬 Be on the lookout! Letters will be arriving in your mailbox over the next few days with access IDs and passwords for each of your children. Once you receive this info, you can begin creating your PowerSchool Parent Portal account at https://hesp.powerschool.com.

We’ve got you covered! We’ll be hosting two open lab enrollment days where families can stop by and use our school computers if needed:
July 28 from 9:00am–4:00pm @ HS/MS Media Center
July 29 from 9:00am–6:00pm @ Elementary Computer Lab
👨👩👧👦 These labs are a helpful option, especially if you'd like support or don’t have easy access to a desktop computer.
