If the November 4 bond passes, infrastructure upgrades would include: select roof repairs at elementary, middle school, and high school buildings, updating electrical distribution at the middle school, updating existing HVAC system, updating restroom plumbing, finishes and lighting at the high school and reconstructing the south east parking lot.

Starting TODAY all registered Michigan voters can vote before Election Day with an absentee ballot.

• Request your ballot online, by mail, or at your local clerk’s office.

• Vote from home and return your ballot by mail, at a secure drop box, your clerk’s office, or a polling place.

• Absentee ballots are available 40 days before the election.

The proposed bond focuses on safety and security. Upgrades would include a new secure entrance at the high school, updating to address ADA compliance, adding security film at main building entrances and select door replacements district-wide.

On November 4, 2025, Hesperia voters will have the opportunity to vote on a bond initiative that would help the district generate $11.7 million to fund districtwide facility upgrades for current and future generations of Panther students. It is expected that the bond initiative would result in NO INCREASE above the current debt millage rate, ensuring that our district could continue to improve our schools without raising debt tax rates above 2024 levels for our community!
